Terms and Conditions for Candidates

Agreement

Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd (trading as Technical Sales Recruitment) NZBN: 9429048933193, and the Candidate agree that their relationship is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

The Candidate is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon registering with Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd, via its online form: www.technicalsales.co.nz/candidates/ or another form sent to them or when they apply for a role with Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd.

Transfer of agreement

The Candidate agrees that this agreement can be transferred to another limited liability company or organisation that purchases some or all of Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd.

Candidates

Agree to:

  • provide true and accurate information;
  • not to contact an Employer, who has a job or may have a job available, that Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd has advised the Candidate about.

Service

Candidates can register with Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd and provide data and information related to their employment history and other relevant information.

Candidates can browse and apply for any jobs presented on the Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd website or consider any jobs presented directly to the Candidate by Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd.

There is no charge to Candidates for this Service.

Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd does not warrant that employer or job information provided is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd does not warrant that, as a result of its Service, the Candidate will receive a job offer.

Data

Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd will disclose data in accordance with its Privacy Policy – see: www.technicalsales.co.nz/privacy-policy/

Liability

Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd will not be liable for:

  • loss of data including CVs or other documents submitted by the Candidate;
  • a Candidate’s failure to secure a job for whatever reason, or loss of employment they have gained through Technical Sales Recruitment Ltd for whatever reason;
  • incomplete or inaccurate information published on it’s website, or presented to the Candidate;
  • any other loss or liability resulting from applying for a job, employment gained, or use of our services or website.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws and justice system of New Zealand.
